Eymen Alkavi a Damascus University architecture graduate of 2013, is the founder and director of Plus Idea since 2020. Specializing in interior design and finishing, he has successfully executed over 50 residential, commercial, and office projects across the Arab world and Turkey. Based in Istanbul, Ayman is also a prominent architectural influencer on social media, where he helps new architects adapt to the professional world by sharing valuable insights and experiences. His influence extends beyond just design, fostering a community of learning and growth for emerging architects.
alya Rahmoun, Alya Rahmoun is an accomplished architectural and interior designer with over 10 years of experience focused in BIM and specializing in large-scale projects across the Gulf and MENA regions. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Gazi University in Ankara and is currently a Senior Design Architect at Tabanlıoğlu Architects, the leading architecyreal firm in Turkey. Throughout her career, she has contributed to landmark projects, with her most recent work being the interior design of QNB’s headquarters at Lusail Towers in Doha. Passionate about innovation, she is a pioneer in integrating AI with architecture, having founded ARIEA LAB, a research platform exploring AI-driven design tools to enhance efficiency, optimize creativity, and push the boundaries of contemporary architectural practice.
Rima Kassem , is an accomplished architect and interior designer with over ten years of experience in the industry. A graduate of Damascus University, she has worked on numerous projects across Turkey and the Gulf region, specializing in luxury residential villas, commercial office spaces, and high-end restaurants. Throughout her career, Rima has had the opportunity to collaborate with leading international firms such as Emaar and Aedas, contributing to various landmark projects in the Gulf region. In addition to her architectural practice, she has dedicated over five years to teaching 3D design, honing her ability to mentor students and guide emerging architects. Her passion lies in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces that align with both client aspirations and modern design trends. As a jury member, Rima looks forward to sharing her expertise and contributing to shaping outstanding office space designs.
